1. Agreement to Terms

• Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Croatia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected].

13.2 Mediation

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate mediation proceedings in accordance with Croatian mediation procedures.

13.3 Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. No waiver by Croanex Core of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Croanex Core concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
